Cathy and Félix welcome you all year round in their 7 comfortable guest rooms, restored in the old barn of our farmhouse, having kept the authenticity of the place (beams, stone walls...).
A large common room is available with a fully equipped kitchen and a large convivial living room.
All our rooms have a private bathroom, a flat screen and a Wi-Fi connection. From April to October, you can also enjoy our heated indoor swimming pool.
Located in the countryside, we have a large enclosed garage to park your motorbikes.

Room "Oiseaux"

Spacious room of 30 m², located on the ground floor, for 2 persons (bed 1.60x2 m), private bathroom with suspended WC, washbasin and large Italian shower. The room has been tastefully renovated and is equipped with all the comforts you may need: flat screen TV, towels, hair dryer, shower soap, hand soap, WI-FI connection and a welcome basket with snacks and hot drinks. The room has a private terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun. This room is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Room "Nature"

Large room of 34 m², located on the ground floor, for 3 persons (1 bed of 1.60x2m and 1 bed of 0.90x2m), private bathroom with 2 basins, suspended WC, large Italian shower and a pleasant small lounge.
This large room, tastefully renovated, has all the comforts and facilities you could wish for: flat screen TV, hair dryer, shower soap, hand soap, towels, WI-FI connection and a welcome basket with snacks and hot drinks. This room also has a private terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine and the surrounding countryside. This room is fully accessible for disabled guests.

Room "Travel"

Large room of 35 m², located on the ground floor, for 3 persons (1 bed of 1.60x2m and 1 bed of 0.90x2m), private bathroom with 2 basins, suspended WC, large Italian shower and a pleasant little lounge. This tastefully renovated room has all the comforts and facilities you could wish for: flat screen TV, hairdryer, shower soap, hand soap, towels, Wi-Fi connection and a welcome basket with snacks and hot drinks. Room "Sea"

Large room of 36m², located on the first floor, equipped for 3 persons with 1 bed of 1,60x2m and 1 bed of 0,90x2m, private bathroom with large Italian shower, WC separated from the bathroom and a pleasant small living room. This large, tastefully renovated room has all the comforts and facilities you could wish for: flat screen TV, hairdryer, shower soap, hand soap, towels, Wi-Fi connection and a welcome basket with snacks and hot drinks.

Room "celtic"

Very large room of 38m², located on the first floor, equipped for 4 people. The room is divided into 2 sleeping areas, separated by a sliding door.
A first space with a bed of 1.60x2m and a second space with two single beds of 0.90x2m.
This room also has a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a cosy sitting area.
This large, tastefully renovated room has all the comforts and facilities you could wish for: flat screen TV, hairdryer, shower soap, hand soap, towels, Wi-Fi connection and a welcome basket with snacks and hot drinks.

The 2 rooms of the gite

As mentioned in the main description, we have 7 rooms. 5 guest rooms are located in the barn and 2 other rooms in the gite adjoining the barn.
Each room in the gite is 23m² and has a double bed (160x2m) and a single bed (0.90x2m). They are equipped with all the comforts and facilities you could wish for: flat screen TV, hairdryer, shower soap, hand soap, towels, Wi-Fi connection and a welcome basket with snacks and hot drinks. The two bedrooms are on the ground floor and have a large shared bathroom, with two basins and a large Italian shower.

The gite

In addition to the two bedrooms on the ground floor, the gite has a large living room: a lounge area (flat screen TV), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, crockery, kitchen utensils), a utility room (washing machine, tancarville) and a large terrace (table and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers...).
Furthermore, on the first floor of the gite, you can enjoy a large mezzanine dormitory with 10 single beds, as well as a bathroom (Italian shower and washbasin) and separate toilets.

Geographical location

Situated in the countryside on an estate of about ten hectares, and not far from the Cholet-Nantes road (Nationale 249, exit 6), we welcome you in a rural and friendly setting. We will do our utmost to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. For the parking of your motorbikes, we have a large closed and secured garage.

Region, surroundings

La Petite Félixière welcomes you in the Maine et Loire, in the south of the department, on the border of the Vendée and not far from the Loire Atlantique and the Deux Sèvres. Our beautiful department is part of the Loire basin and the natural region of the Loire Valley, which has been on the UNESCO World Heritage list since 2000. It is therefore in the heart of the Anjou region, and more particularly in the Mauges, between castles, the banks of the Loire, vineyards and the Atlantic coast, that we will be pleased to welcome you. We are between 1h and 1h30 from the Atlantic coast depending on your destination: 1h15 from Croisic, La Baule, Pornic, 1h20 from Beauvoir-sur-Mer, Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, 1h10 from Jard sur Mer or even La Tranche sur Mer. Don't hesitate to ask us for advice on your motorbike routes or rides.

Surroundings and activities

In addition to our proximity to the Atlantic coast and to the banks of the Loire, where beautiful motorbike rides can be enjoyed, we are close to many vineyards and cellars featuring different grape varieties. The capital of Muscadet, Vallet, is only 15 minutes away. Not forgetting the many châteaux. Tiffauges is 10 minutes away, Clisson 25 minutes, Brissac 45 minutes, Nantes 40 minutes. The castle of Serrant is 45 minutes away, Saumur 1 hour and 10 minutes away and the castle of Ussé 1 hour and 30 minutes away. We are also close to: the zoo of Doué la Fontaine or that of Boissière du Doré, Planète Sauvage, the machines of the island of Nantes, the Futuroscope, the oriental park of Maulévrier, Terra Botanica or the inevitable Puy du Fou (25 minutes).
