Hôtel du Léman stands in breathtaking scenery between lake and mountain on the edge of the extraordinary Lavaux winegrowing region, a UNESCO world heritage site.

The Hotel

Nestled in a haven of greenery in Jongny, Hôtel du Léman offers panoramic views over Lake Geneva and the Alps.
Its proximity to Vevey town centre, combined with the magical setting of its grounds, just a stone’s throw from the Lavaux vineyard, makes it an ideal location for both private holidays and conferences, seminars and events. Our restaurant, L’Epicurienne, offers creative cuisine with the emphasis on local, seasonal produce.

Around the leafy gardens, in the relaxation area equipped with teak loungers or beside the pétanque court, enjoy the positive energy that radiates from our garden! There are numerous charming, peaceful little corners for you to discover, each with is own atmosphere.

Restaurant and bar

Fully refurbished at the beginning of 2017, L’Epicurienne is decorated in an updated sixties style. From lighting to materials and textures, nothing has been left to chance! Oak table-tops and flooring, beige fabric chairs, pale pink blown glass lamps, an almond green wall… Genuine works of art in the form of stained glass windows dating from 1962 grace one of the walls, with Bauhaus-influenced geometric patterns. Whatever the weather, at any time of year, the dining room’s large windows let you enjoy a panoramic view over Lake Geneva and the Alps.
The lunch menu has something to suit every taste, with a choice of four main courses including a vegetarian option. L’Epicurienne has also thought about wine lovers. In a custom-made nook, a glass “cellar wall” showcases Lavaux wines and other discoveries waiting to be made.

In the area surrounding

Located a few minutes from Vevey and Montreux, the Hôtel du Léman is the ideal starting point for visiting the Riviera and the Lavaux vineyards, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
From the hotel, the wine paths take you in a few minutes through the vineyards cultivated in terraces. And a few steps away, Chaplin’s World opens its doors to you.
Lausanne is only 30 minutes from the hotel by car and Geneva, located about sixty kilometers, can be reached in an hour.

The Hôtel du Léman is located in Lavaux (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), in a few minutes on foot you are already in a famous wine-growing village!

Bike rides
Rent a bike and explore Lavaux! From the hotel you can easily access the many wine paths in the surrounding area.

Upon your arrival at the Hôtel du Léman, we offer the "Riviera Card".
It grants you many advantages such as free public transport throughout the Riviera, a reduction on a return ticket to Glacier 3000 in Les Diablerets or on a CGN boat cruise, on the entrance ticket to some museums, etc.

Culture and leisure

The cultural wealth of the Riviera is renowned far and wide. While you are staying at the hotel, our staff will be only too happy to tell you about the events taking place in the region.
The region of Vevey-Montreux has an abundance of cultural and leisure activities, such as château tours (the famous and magnificent Château de Chillon) and museum visits, as well as a wide choice of excursions and shopping opportunities.
Are you an adventurer at heart? Navigate Lake Geneva aboard a Belle Époque boat or indulge in some skiing at the nearby resorts such as Villars and Portes du Soleil…
The Montreux Jazz Festival and the Christmas Market, which attract thousands of visitors each year, are not to be missed.

Parking

Large free car park with 130 places at your disposal

For your information we are only 60 kilometers from Thonon-les-Bains where is «Kilomètre Zero» starting point of the Route des Grandes Alpes between Thonon and Menton. By motorcycle, set out to discover this 700 km long route and pass the most legendary Alpine cols.

Stopping-off point on the Grand Tour of Switzerland (1600 kilometers long with the discovery of some 45 major attractions of the country, 5 alpine passes and 22 lakes.)
